Where to buy a Kindle with its built-in Dictionary!

where to buy a kindleWhat a compact unit the Kindle has turned out to be. Watch this space for sure as Amazon and Kindle take this platform forward.  So, are you still wondering where to buy a Kindle or, maybe, you’re still considering whether your family would benefit from having an ereader?

A superb benefit with the Kindle Touch is its built-in dictionary. Kindle Touch includes The New Oxford American Dictionary which supports in excess of 250,000 entries and definitions for free. Kindle Touch lets you to instantly look up a word definition without having to leave the pages of the book you’re reading.  All you need to do is ‘touch’ and hold the word whose meaning you want to check and the definition will then automatically display at the bottom of the screen.

As if the built-in dictionary wasn’t enough, you are also able to search Wikipedia and the Web. Again, user-convenience is clearly obvious. All one needs do is just enter the word or phrase to be searched and Kindle will search every instance of word usage within your personal Kindle library, the Kindle Store, Wikipedia and also the Web via a Google search.

So, Where Do You Go?

Below is a – well, perhaps one could term it a reflective moment in which one pauses and gives deliberate thought to one’s space in life; that is, the place to which one’s thoughts travel – a place not bound by the reality of time or commitments … just …your ‘space’ in life :)     NB: you might find viewing at “fullscreen” proves easiest (click “play” and then click the bottom right-hand corner, beside the youtube icon. Hopefully I will have worked out how to embed audio properly in later videos!):
